The 49th state gives vast and beautiful inspiration spanning from Utqiagvik all the way to Klawock. The colors, animals and culture are different in each region but none the less alluring. Cassi/Ikayuaq/ Káa nuk

Born and raised in Southeast Alaska on the island of Prince Wales, Cassi loves everything outdoors and sports. She attended the University of Alaska Fairbanks as a student athlete where she obtained her Undergrad in Communication and a Masters in Business Administration. She met the love of her life at the University and they have recently settled into their first home in Fairbanks, Alaska. Cassi found her love for metal smithing after taking the class to fulfill an art credit and she always found a way to continue to take the course from then on. Now--taking a leap of faith and investing in an at home studio, she continues to chase her love for art, creating and continually learning.
